Dating back 200 years, this Portland stone pub stands on the main road, with a free public car park and bus stop opposite. Small and friendly, some may say quirky, it serves real ales from local breweries, especially Somerset. Licensee takes pride in only serving 'real' cider. A popular cheese club is held every Wednesday early evening. Overlooking Lyme Bay there is no garden but benches outside so one can admire the superb sunsets.
