This Pub is Permanently Closed

Small village local featuring a single room with mock Tudor beams (was originally three separate rooms) where the floor has a distinct downward slope from the front of the pub towards the rear! There is a small beer garden at the side. Poker nights Tuesday & Thursday. Pub has its own football team.

OUTLINE PLANNING APPLICATION FOR HOUSING ON LAND TO REAR, WHICH INVOLVED CLOSURE AND DEMOLITION OF PUB, WAS APPROVED IN OCTOBER 2014.

PUB CLOSED AROUND AUGUST 2015 AND WAS FINALLY DEMOLISHED AROUND FEBRUARY 2017.
