The Roost opened in August 2025 and is an outdoor bar and kitchen nestled next to the breathtaking walled gardens of Cuerden Valley Park. Drinks include cocktails and beers and the food offering is pizzas, burgers and burritos. Live entertainment and occasional opening on Bank Holidays. No cask ale is served.
