This thatched Grade II listed pub sits at one end of this picturesque village by the parish church. Two changing beers and local real ciders are normally available at the single bar. Fine food, largely locally sourced, is available lunchtimes and evenings but those seeking a snack, a quiet pint by the fire or a few drinks with friends in the garden are equally welcome. Binka the landlady has made this a pub for everyone including their children and the dog. The pub has an annual beer festival, usually over the early May bank holiday weekend.
