This is a large, simply-furnished pub in the centre of town with wooden parquet flooring, pool table and multi-fuel burner. It has become the centre of the community with many events hosted and is popular with a wide cross-section of locals of various ages. The pub caters for those who enjoy hot drinks earlier in the day through to others who prefer live music or the juke box later in the evening. The long wooden bar hosts many bar stools, which promotes conversation between customers and chatty staff and tenants.
