Formerly 'Hullabaloo' this modern-style bar located close to Shipley town centre and the bus interchange underwent a change in management and re-opened as 'Reconnection' reflecting an even earlier incarnation as 'Connexions' cafe. It is generally open-plan with three distinct areas in a corridor layout and a variety of styles over split levels. An additional room to the rear can be closed off and used as a function room for events and meetings. As a reminder of its past, the previous pub sign has been re-purposed as a seat back and much of the eccentric wallpaper remains. Four hand-pumps serve a variety of cask ales, usually from regional brewers and often different to the other pubs in the area. A further hand pump is dedicated to cider. A number of artisan craft beers and a cider are also available on the seven keg taps. Two further kegs taps, in traditional style, serve German beers. A 10% disucount is offered on cask ales, monday & Tuesday, 6-10pm. There is a weekly quiz on a Wednesday night. It is intended to commence a food service at the start of 2026.
