This Pub is Permanently Closed

Pub closed April 2013. This former Devenish Brewery local has over the years gone through several reincarnations to emerge as an open-plan, modernised town pub on a split level. The higher end is furnished with settees and a pool tale, while the lower is the bar area and is pleasantly furnished while still spacious and uncluttered. The floor is a mixture of wood and tiles, and pictures of local scenes adorn some of the walls. This is a clean and tidy pub with a mixture of regulars and passing trade in transit to the station or towards Looe. The music is constantly played and is somewhat insistent!
