Large pub on edge of Andover, serving a local clientele. On what used to be the main road out of the town, but now bypassed, so in a quiet area.
Records of a pub on the site date back to the 13th century pub but much has changed, although old fireplaces and beams remain from subsequent rebuilds. There are also tales of Prize Fights and cock-fighting being held in centuries past.
It is now a pleasant community pub.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
