Demolition of existing building behind retained ground floor facades; erection of four storey building incorporating retained ground floor facades consisting of public house at ground floor level (Class A4) and 2 x three bedroom and 1 x two bedroom self-contained flats above (Class C3) with associated cycle and refuse store.

In spite of the planning constraint retaining a public house at ground-floor level, this became an estate agent in December 2016, see photo. Assumed to be permitted development.
