This Pub is Permanently Closed

Attractive village pub, dating back to the early 1800s, with hanging baskets in summer. Cosy linked drinking areas are situated around a central bar, with low beamed ceilings; walls adorned with old local photographs. Pool table on raised area at rear, where patio doors open on to the garden. Limited off-road car parking at front, plus small car park behind the pub (access via lane beyond house to east). Bingo Tuesday; quiz night Thursday. Village cricket team and Sunday football team are based here. (Meals are no longer available.)
