Within a mile of the M25. this low beamed establishment is understood to have been the seventeenth century kennels for James I’s hunting dogs. There’s a large conservatory and a small beer garden at the rear.

Historic Interest
Grade II listing:- House of C17 or earlier appearance. Two storeys, three windows; with one-storey, one-window left extension. Projecting, one-storey gabled right wing. Rendered first floor oversailing on curved brackets. High pitched tiled roof with eaves broken by raised first floor windows. Weatherboarded ground floor. First floor windows are modern casements with glazing bars; ground floor windows C18 sliding sashes.
