Single bar pub serving one local ale. The garden is on the banks of the River piddle. Level disabled access from tarmac car park and spacious disabled toilet. Pub has been closed for some years and current owner had change of use planning application refused as viability had not been tested; this could be that test! There is a local pub support group which have had the pub listed as a community asset. Due to current restrictive opening hours it would be advisable to ring ahead if travelling any distance.
