An extension of the grand and newly-refurbished Edwardian Victoria Palace Theatre and named after the ballerina whose statue adorns the top of the cupola thereof. The bar is open to the general public via a door on the street, with a half-hour early-opening preference given to theatre ticket holders. Whilst keg draught beer is available, the feature here is cocktails and a wide range of gins (from a hidden cupboard, no less!), plus the promise of high quality snacks.
