Work on the building appears to to be abandoned.

Feb 2022. The firm that was going to refurbish the Packhorse and reopen as a pub/B&B has been dissolved. The building appears abandoned at present.

June 2019 - Permission was granted for an extension for a kitchen and change of use of outbuildings for guest accommodation. After refurbishment it is hoped that this pub will re-open again after several years closed...
