The Old Victoria pub stands on Penrith's Castlegate near town centre on way to the railway station, two minutes walk away. Now has a single handpump with Bowness Bay Fell Walker as a regular beer. May try a second handpumps in summer months.

On the food front, the Old Victoria currently offers a simple low cost menu, which it's planned will be developed further, to encourage families. A carvery special at the weekend, a number of fish based dishes and breakfast is available on certain days.
