Planning application 2024/02787/FUL submitted 1/11/24 | Replacement of the existing roof with two new additional floors at roof level to form second and third floor levels including rear extensions at first floor level; formation of roof terraces at first, second and third floor levels; installation of a new door to replace the existing window at first floor level to southern elevation of the building; infilling of the existing windows and door to western elevation and infilling of the existing window to southern elevation of the building at ground floor level in connection with the formation of bin and cycle storage; installation of two new doors to western elevation boundary wall; installation of a new residential entrance door opening to northern elevation of the building at ground floor level; change of use of rear part of ground floor level (northern side of building to provide access to upper floor residential units), change of use and conversion of the first, second and third floor levels from pub (Class Sui Generis) into 5no self-contained flats (Class C3) comprising of 2 x studio and 3 x 2 bedroom flats.
