Our former description: In a quiet Welland Valley village, the Old Barn is hidden away along a cul-de-sac which leads on to Gartree Road, a Roman road. Being located on the Leicestershire Round long-distance footpath, it provides for passing walkers and cyclists. Refurbished interior. Occasional live music in the bar area. The menu includes pub classics, burgers and curries. No public transport to Glooston: the nearest bus stops (service 44) are at the Langtons, about one hour's walk away.
