17th century pub, thatched roof and low beams, but modernised interior. Pub reopened August 2023 after a long period of closure. Specialises in Indian food. Hallaton Tearoom (open Tuesday-Sunday, 9.30am-6pm) is adjacent. No scheduled bus service to Hallaton these days.
