Attractive, 400 year-old village inn with a modest bar and large lounge. The various seating areas include a private dining room for up to 8. Board games are available. Food is prepared to order with a preference for locally sourced ingredients, and the menu varies daily according to what is in season. Wednesday is steak day. The ales are usually from Tring or other local independent breweries. There is no car park, but street parking is usually available nearby.
