A timber-framed inn dating back to the 17th century, that appears to have been partly refurbished, perhaps in the 1950's - and then left untouched. Very much a locals' pub.

The Unicorn has new licensees, who have refreshed the pub and introduced a choice of cask ales. Tuesday is Steak night. Friday is Fish and Chip night.
