CLOSED with building works under way, Planning app PP/22/06936 "Construction of a mansard roof extension to provide self-contained flat; re-location of hotel entrance to Ladbroke Grove; replacement external kitchen extract duct and replacement of rainwater pipes; addition of two condensers within an acoustic enclosure and new windows"

The ground floor bar of this Notting Hill ex-pub was taken over in July 2021 to create Neighbourhood Portobello, a cocktail bar with food with a South American twist. There is accommodation upstairs. Card payments only.
