This country restaurant has cask ale and has partly become a pub with the beer casks kept in cooling jackets behind the bar There is a varied menu that changes to use seasonal ingredients with Wednesday night being Mussels night. Service is leisurely and you will not feel hurried. The weekly entertainment on Friday evenings is usually tribute acts. The large garden area accommodates some very large tipis for customers and a playground for children. The venue may be hired.
