This Restaurant is Permanently Closed
This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.
Formerly the Upper New Inn, this traditional two-roomer was opened out a few years ago to create a large L-shaped open plan interior although the old bar and lounge areas remain much the same. Hancock's HB has been the staple real ale for a number of years while a guest ale has occasionally put in an appearance in the past.
It is now an Indian restaurant.
