AUG 2025 - In the process of changing its name to 'Lauri'

JUL 2024 - A real cider is now dispensed from a dedicated handpump at the end of the bar.

This tiny, welcoming beer-lovers' haven has made great strides with the provision of real ale since starting with a pin on the bar in 2016 and now with three handpumps often featuring small local breweries not seen much in other pubs. In addition there is a splendid selection of world beers, some of which are bottled conditioned, and usually a real cider so the pub is an excellent choice for the discerning drinker.

The interior has a "distressed" style with a small open fire adding to the ambiance. Children are not admitted.
