Brewing began in 2006 at the redundant Swannay dairy on Orkney mainland's exposed North-Western tip. Two brewing plants are utilised, a five and a twenty barrel. Founder Rob is assisted by son Lewis plus a small team of passionate beer lovers. The cask ales are widely available within Orkney and also distributed on the mainland of Scotland and to the north of England.
