A splendidly refurbished 17th century village inn with some parts dating from the 16th century and is Grade 2 listed.
The pub has hamstone mullion windows and flagstone floors and a wealth of beams throughout. A fireplace sits at each end of the pub which has a bar area for drinkers and a restaurant area for diners. There is a splendid upstairs terrace with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Unusually there is a Port and Cheese Room for private dining.
