Italinan Restaurant.

Located at the south end of Aviemore by the roundabout to Coylumbridge, La Taverna is primarily an Italian restaurant & pizzaria which also has a small area around the bar which is used for"casual" drinking, although the ale price is at the top end for Aviemore.

There is also a very popular tasty buffet option and if visiting for food it is always advisable to book.

Keg Black Gold from Cairngorm is also available as well as a couple of foreign lagers not usually seen on local bars.

La Taverna was recently sold (Spring 18) having been operated under the personal supervision of the same family since 1977. Since August 2010, La Taverna has been under the directorship of Tony and Nando Vastano Jr, who stay on for a two year period of transition.
