Under new ownership and extensively refurbished, this popular and friendly local re-opened on 27 Jan 2024. It comprises a comfortable snug, public bar and a games area. There are five hand-pulls serving a varying range of real ales, often from local breweries. A series of keg taps offer lagers and cider. Bottled and canned beers are also sold. The generously sized beer garden is popular in good weather. TV sports events are shown. A quiz is held on Tuesday nights.
