This Pub is Closed Long Term

This Pub has been closed since Jan 2019, originally closing due to a shortage of staff! It was still boarded up and for sale/let signs shown, when last seen in April 2025. The pub was becoming derelict and following several failed attempts to sell it as a going concern, an application to demolish the pub and build housing instead had been approved. The following planning application was approved by Swansea City & County Council on Fri 09 Aug 2024: 2024/0639/FUL. Demolition of existing public house building and erection of two detached dwellings (amended plans and additional information received), 27 Joiners Road Three Crosses Swansea SA4 3NY.

Traditional village pub, consisting of a main public bar which has a display of pump clips of previously sold real ales and ciders and a rear room normally used as a restaurant.
