A good sized public bar lies at the rear of the Hotel where up to 4 real ales are on handpull with some ales from local breweries. Regular Coastliner buses go to Whitby York & Leeds, while the NYMoors Railway travels to Grosmont and Pickering, with most trains now also travelling through to Whitby.
