This Pub is Temporarily Closed

Closed 13 Jan 2025 - Iford Manor have announced that they expect to take over the pub and hope to reopen in the summer of 2025 (Iford Manor FB post dated 24 Feb 25 for details).

This is a picturesque 16th century village inn, operated by the same small pubco as the Cross Guns in Avoncliff . Smart and comfortable, it is located on the bank of the river Frome, on the southern edge of the village. It has an excellent terraced garden to the side, and plenty of parking.

It is in the Cotswolds Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is popular with cyclists, joggers, and walkers, being on the Two Valleys Walk.

The food is excellent and good value, booking a table is recommended.
