A beautifully presented brick built, multi-room Victorian pub on the south side of town. The tenancy its lovingly run by Paul and Paula Johnson. A proper pub with real fires, small unobtrusive TVs and a classic soundtrack from the 60's, 70's & the 80's. There isn't a pool table nor slot machines.. 4 beer wickets serving Unicorn and a rotation Brakspear Bitter, Marstons EPA and Lancaster Bomber then various guests Cheese and/or cold meat platters available.
