This Restaurant is Permanently Closed

This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.

Originally known as the Railway Hotel, this Grade 2 listed building has had several incarnations as various themed eating places but always retained a bar. However, has now become a proper Indian restaurant, with branches elsewhere including Twyford, so maybe this one will last. Egham is wall to wall restaurants these days, but funilly enough not an Indian so it has filled a niche. However, sad to see another pub go.
