Planning Application 133433/FO/2022 | Proposed demolition of existing buildings and construction of three dwellinghouses (Use Class C3) including access and landscaping and associated infrastructure. Granted 21/7/2022.

History: Small former Wilson's house. Two-room interior with a quirky layout. Latterly sold keg beers only for many years.
