A popular two bar Adnams pub with a large external seating area in the former car park. The cosy but basic front bar is quieter than the large, comfortable long side lounge bar.

The pub is just a short walk from the town centre and Tower Ramparts Bus station, and close to the Ipswich Museum and Christchurch Park.

It is popular for its home cooked food (table reservation may be advisable) and with home fans on Ipswich Town Matchdays.

Opening hours and food service hours may vary on Bank Holidays and Matchdays - visitors should check with the pub.
