Located on a residential street off the main road, this large pub has an unlikely position that reflects the more historic nature of the area. The main focus is the large open-plan room that contains the bar. Up to three real-ales are available from the hand-pulls. The seating areas off the main room to either side of the bar provide a quieter, more intimate atmosphere. A large conservatory is easily accessed from the main room and leads to the extensive beer garden that can also be hired for private functions.

Street food from visiting third-party vendors may be available on weekends and other busy times.
