Delightful Yorkshire Wolds pub, providing a warm welcome to both locals and the many walkers enjoying the attractions of Millington Woods and Pastures. An idiosyncratic bar filled with ornaments, local pictures and an old Yorkshire map on bar ceiling. Wood-burning stoves in winter. Hearty, home-made food served from an extensive menu. Annual beer festival in July. Fish Fridays, Quiz night every other Wednesday. Two guest cask beers, usually from Yorkshire including Wold Top and Bradfield. Large pleasant beer garden including a covered area.
