The pub is some way north of the village centre towards Oadby along what used to be the main A6 road, before the by-pass was constructed. The pub is a large single storey and comparatively modern looking building consisting basically of one very large L-shaped room. The latest rebranding exercise in 2018 results in an 'Eating Inn', an invention of Greene King Brewery.
Historic Interest
The premises were built as a 'Millers Kitchen' pub-diner by the former brewers Greenalls in the 1980s. Over recent years the premises have been branded 'Fayre & Square' and 'Goodwins Bar and Kitchen'.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer (Often Greene King Abbot) and 1 regular beer.
