This Pub is Permanently Closed
The Fox & Hounds was a street corner local on the A226 in the Rosherville area of Northfleet. It traded successfully from 1839 to 2001 and was a Truman's tied house, a pin table being amongst its attractions.
After the owners had decided to flog it off, it remained empty for some considerable time before being demolished. It is now a vacant site. How pub owning companies get away with this sort of vandalism is one of life's little mysteries...
