This Pub is Closed Long Term

A former country house, white-painted and with quoins picked out in blue, this 22 bedroom hotel looks onto a patio and a lawned garden with children's play area and huge fountain, hence the name. The restaurant side was under new management from July 2018 and offers a daily carvery, and the 'sports bar' has lost its TV & games tables so is now more of a hotel bar. As of September 2018 the carvery needs booking a day in advance as the food is bought in fresh daily. The hours shown here may be for the carvery, not the bar.
