An attractive 17th century white-washed village pub that used to host wool sales upstairs. Sheep carved around arch of doors. It is set in the heart of Hillesley and has a single bar with a wood-burning stove, a separate lounge/dining room and a snug area. The pub has up to six real ales and also features guest craft keg and cider. Food is available at lunchtime and in the evening up to 8.30pm. There is a large attractive lawned garden and private car park. Children and dogs are welcome and the garden has a safe play area.
