Wooden-beamed, 16th-century inn, with a homely ambience and two open fires to welcome visitors on winter days. Summer months showcase a picturesque backdrop of river views, open countryside and the adjacent swing bridge from the vantage point of the popular outside terrace. Regular quizzes, pub games, live music and extended opening hours ensure this establishment keeps both visitors and the local community well satisfied. May close earlier/later depending on custom.
