Now under new ownership, the Royal Hotel now comprises the Fat Badger, and created on the same lines as the Fat Badger in Harrogate and York.

This fine Victorian Hotel, located on West Cliff, at the top of the Khyber Pass and close to the whale bones, provides superb views, superb accommodation, and now superb real ales.
