The Farr Bay Inn does not sell real ale (yet) but is included so as to include all the licensed premises in the Highlands & Western Isles Branch Area. From their website:- Bettyhill is a historic clearance village which was founded in 1814 by Elizabeth, Countess of Sutherland. As the name implies, she named it after herself. The Farr Bay Inn (or FBI as it is known locally) is popular amongst locals and holidaymakers alike. Built in 1819 and now a listed building, the Farr Bay Inn was formerly the home of the local minister until the Church of Scotland relocated to the village centre. It was established as an inn in 1983.
Bottled beer from Cairngorm and John O'Groats breweries is available.
