Superb welcoming Country Inn. Very popular with locals and tourists. The pub is a haven for shooting parties. Recently refurbished, the outside decking overlooks the river and nearby woods. The pub has an annual Burns night, beer festival, Leek Show. The pub has a pool team and local WI meet here.
