Completely renovated in 2018 The Bowes Hotel was originally built in 1906 but a pub has been on the site since the early 1800's. Open plan, modern, not unattractive and welcoming- comfortable, grey and lightish walls, wooden floors and grey large check carpeting. Quiz night Wednesdays 8pm, two large screens. Food times reduced in winter.
