Originally built as a farmhouse, with traditional characteristics retained during renovating. A warming stove and open fire greet visitors and locals alike.

2017 saw the first of what is hoped to be an annual beer festival during the second weekend in November featuring Scottish beers.
Lunch and evening menus can be taken in the bar or restaurant. A large range of local products from both sea and land is proudly featured on both menus.
Traditional music sessions are held in the bar on Fridays nights and Sunday afternoons - all are welcome to join in!

[Update 8 Sept 2022: report of real ale having been discontinued due to high wastage, replaced by Skye keg Red and either Blonde or Gold. Food servery reported to be capable of 120 covers but serving 60 due to staff shortage, so booking meals recommended.]
