As one would expect in this area, whisky is featured prominently on two shelves as you enter the bar and also a shelf above the bar itself - a total of over 150 malts The unusual bar top is adorned with a collection of fishing flies topped by glass. Beer is likely to be from Cairngorm or Deeside breweries. On a visit in 2010, a half pint was £1.65 and, peculiarly, a full pint £3.85 - you do the maths! If on foot, a path leading through the grounds to the A95 saves a roundabout trip if strolling to the village. 19 letting rooms provide accommodation.
