This Pub is Permanently Closed

Was put on the Spoons "for sale" list but nothing seemed to happen in that respect and the pub closed today (8 May 2016) - future far from certain. Previously - New (2010) Wetherspoon's pub on the site of the old All Bar One. Entering through the front door one encounters a long bar on the right hand side with ten hand pumps in blocks of five. The back opens into a large area for eating, the usual menu is served plus a selection of wines and spirits. The bar is clean and neat and a welcome addition to the area. The beer range is likely to be greater than the five guest ales mentioned. Guest ales start at £2.05 a pint. Now an accredited member of CAMRA's LocAle scheme.
