Pub, Hotel & Restaurant.
Located in the heart of Stornoway, only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal and bus station, the Crown Hotel consists of two bars.
The Harbour Bar, located on the ground floor, features live sports TV, pool table and hosts weekly music sessions (opening hours subject to seasonality).
The Lounge Bar, located on the first floor, is open seven days a week and was famously host to the "Cherry Brandy Scandal" in 1963, when the former Charles, Prince of Wales indulged in a nip while underage.
Food is served in the Lounge Bar in conjunction with restaurant opening times. Both bars have two hand pumps, with rotating beers from breweries across the UK including Inveralmond, Caledonia, Timothy Taylor and St Austell.
Both also offer an extensive range of craft beers and ciders along with an impressive range of over 120 gins, are dog friendly and offer free WiFi.
Opening hours vary seasonally, call ahead to avoid disappointment.
